Arrival/departure: Check-in from 4pm. Check-out by 10am.
Access: 24/7 with key safe.
Sleeps: Up to 4 guests, travel cot available on request.
Minimum stay: 2 nights subject to season.
Nightly rate from: £120
Booking deposit: 40% at the time of booking.
Balancing payments: Remaining balance payable 30 days prior to arrival. In the case of booking within 30 days of arrival, full payment is to be made at the time of booking.

Forces Family Discount - a 15% discount is available for serving members of the Armed Forces and their families contact us to request the discount code.

Parking: One designated parking space in the grounds is available to use, if you require additional parking please drop us a note in advance when booking.
Wheelchair Access: The Bothy is only accessible via steep uneven path and a series of steps within a narrow porch thus not wheelchair accessibile.
Damage deposit: £350 (returned in full upon checkout so long as no damage has been caused).
Longer Stays: Depending on the time of year, we may offer discounts for longer stays (Maximum of 31 days). Please get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.
